After two years of having a 1974 Volkswagen van parked in a friend's driveway, waiting for better economic times to bring it to a mechanic and having it fixed for good, I have decided that I will do it myself. And, since it will be an ambitious and lengthy process, I have decided that I will put as much effort in doing it right as in documenting the process exhaustively. Thus, I will be documenting the process on how to fix a Volkswagen bus from beginning to end on this very same site. I am planning to blog often on the progress made on a daily basis, while adding content in a more structured way about all what I learn in this process.
